Shipping policy 

All standard orders are processed on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

For simple flat rate UK shipping (small parcels): We offer £7.50 flat rate shipping to mainland UK via Royal Mail. Items will be dispatched by LINIAN within 3-4 days. However, please allow additional time during busy periods when Royal Mail may be experiencing increased demand.  

Expedited UK shipping: Delivery by 12pm next working day is £20. Order before 1pm. Available to eligible UK mainland postcodes only.  

FREE UK shipping: Available on all UK orders over £100 value.  

 Local Pick Up 

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our premises at LINIAN Supply Co. Ltd, 34-38 Payne Street, Port Dundas, Glasgow, G4 0LF.  

However, LINIAN does not have a public storefront or collection point and any pick-ups must be arranged in advance to minimise disruption to operations. If you have selected the pickup option, please contact the LINIAN sales team to confirm the time to collect your order.  

Our pickup hours are 9am – 4pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. 

Highlands, Channel Islands & Islands

Orders shipped to Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands etc will not be subject to carriage paid costs and may incur additional charges to ship.

European Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Flat rate EU shipping:  £35  

FREE EU shipping: Available on all EU orders over £175 value.  

 International Shipping 

LINIAN ship worldwide. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LINIAN is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

Refunds, returns, and exchanges 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with the tamper-proof seal/sticker still attached if applicable. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
 
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@linianclip.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
