11.03.2020 We have been monitoring the national situation with COVID-19. As LINIAN is a family business with a duty of care to our team it is important that we take steps to prevent serious risk to health and to ensure that the business remains fully operational in the event of the virus reaching us. Whilst we have no signs of the virus here at LINIAN, we have taken the decision to suspend all public events for LINIAN with immediate effect and for the short term. We will be monitoring the situation on a daily basis. We understand that this decision may be disappointing for many of our customers and colleagues who we were looking forward to meeting us, however, we have not taken this decision lightly. We always enjoy attending trade shows such as Elexshow as it is an invaluable opportunity to catch up with people, demonstrate our products, and receive valuable feedback, which often leads to new ideas and potential products to develop. To not be able to take advantage of this great opportunity is disappointing for us too however, the health and wellbeing of our family and team alongside the continued operation of the business is of paramount importance. Although we have made this decision to suspend public events, we would like to assure our customers that we have put the necessary steps in place to avoid any disruption to our operating service. Our products are proudly made in UK and our stock levels are excellent therefore ensuring continuity of supply. We also offer next day delivery on orders which will continue as normal. To make sure that you don’t miss us too much we will also be increasing our customer support and providing additional online content, giveaways and goodies. So, whilst we won’t be meeting you in person, we hope we can still share a little bit of the LINIAN love, just digitally for now. We look forward to catching up with you all again in person soon.
